EZDRIVE RENTALS is an intermediary and affiliate partner working with approximately ten independent rental companies. We help customers find and book rental services by connecting them with our trusted rental partners. Our assistance is provided primarily via telephone.

2. Scope of Services

  • Intermediary Role: We act solely as a facilitator to help you connect and book rentals with our partner rental companies.

  • No Direct Rentals: We do not own, operate, or control any rental properties or vehicles.

  • No Direct Payments: EZDRIVE RENTALS does not accept any payment from customers. Payments for rental services are made directly between the customer and the selected rental company.

  • Affiliate Commission: Our revenue comes from commissions paid by our rental partners for successful bookings. Customers are not charged by EZDRIVE RENTALS for using our service.

3. Customer Obligations

  • Accurate Information: Customers are required to provide accurate and complete details (name, email, phone number, and date of birth) necessary for booking.

  • Direct Communication: All payment, rental agreements, and related communication regarding the actual rental should be conducted with the relevant rental company (our partner).

4. Data Collection & Privacy

  • Data Collected: We only collect your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth for the sole purpose of facilitating your booking.

  • No Payment Data: We do not store or collect any payment or financial transaction information.

  • Use of Data: Personal data is shared with rental partners only as needed to complete your booking. We do not sell or share your data except as required by law.

5. Disclaimers & Limits of Liability

  • No Warranty: EZDRIVE RENTALS does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, safety, suitability, or quality of any rental properties or vehicles offered by our partners.

  • Not Responsible for Third Party Services: We are not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of our partner rental companies. All rental agreements, payments, and claims are strictly between you and the selected rental partner.

  • No Payment Handling: As we do not process payments, we are not responsible for any payment disputes, losses, or issues arising from transactions with rental partners.

  • Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to release and indemnify EZDRIVE RENTALS from any and all claims, damages, or disputes arising from your interactions with rental partners.

6. Changes to Terms

EZDRIVE RENTALS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated as appropriate. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law
