Welcome to EZ Drive Rentals. By booking or using our vehicle rental services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any reservation.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from EZ Drive Rentals, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age (age requirements may vary by location and vehicle type).

  • Possess a valid driver’s license (issued at least 12 months before the rental date).

  • Provide valid government-issued ID and payment details at the time of booking.

2. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins at the time the vehicle is picked up and ends when the vehicle is returned.

  • Late returns will incur additional charges as per our hourly or daily rate.

  • Early returns may not qualify for partial refunds.

3. Vehicle Use

  • The vehicle must only be used for lawful, personal, or business purposes.

  • Strictly no use for:

    • Racing, towing, off-road driving, or driving under the influence.

    • Transporting illegal substances or hazardous materials.

  • Vehicles must not be driven outside permitted geographical limits without prior approval.

4. Payment & Deposits

  • A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup.

  • Full rental payment must be made before or at the time of pickup.

  • The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after vehicle return, subject to inspection.

  • Fuel charges, tolls, fines, or traffic violations will be billed separately.

5. Insurance & Damage Policy

  • Basic third-party insurance is included in all rentals.

  • Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss unless they opt for additional coverage (available at extra cost).

  • All damages must be reported immediately to EZ Drive Rentals.

  • If insurance is declined, the renter is fully liable for all costs associated with vehicle damage or loss.

6. Breakdown & Emergency Assistance

  • 24/7 roadside assistance is available for mechanical issues.

  • In case of accident or breakdown, contact our helpline immediately.

  • Flat tires, battery jumpstarts, or lost keys may be charged separately.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

8. Driver & Additional Drivers

  • Only the renter and approved additional drivers (with valid licenses) may operate the vehicle.

  • Additional driver fees may apply.

9. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel unless otherwise stated.

  • Renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges.

10. Privacy & Data Use

  • EZ Drive Rentals collects and stores your data for rental purposes and service improvement.

  • Your information is protected and not shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

11. Liability

  • EZ Drive Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the rental vehicle.

  • Renter agrees to indemnify and hold EZ Drive Rentals harmless from any legal claims, fines, or penalties arising from the misuse of the rented vehicle.

12. Modifications

EZ Drive Rentals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website and take effect immediately.
